Research and Development

CYG has long dedicated to the research and development of functional polymer materials. We have now become very top in developing and manufacturing polymer material radiation products.

With the Chinese Academy of Sciences as one of our founders, this has meant our R&D team is powered by experts in the field. We can develop advanced products that meet industrial standards and requirements. Mr. Jiazuan Ni, a renowned expert in the field and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is the senior advisor of Changyuan Research and Development Center. In 2003, with the approbation of the Shenzhen government, the Center was upgraded to the Shenzhen R&D for Polymer Materials Radiation Manufacturing and Engineering.

The Center is actively involved in establishment of industry standards, technology exchange conferences, and academic activities of relevant industry associations.

In February 2006, the Center (along with Huawei and ZTE) was endorsed as a state-class corporate technology center by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the China Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation. This signified the recognition of the innovation capabilities and the technology research level of CYG by the central government and the industry.
